Discover the essence of simplicity and true craftsmanship in our bell-shaped sake cup. This exquisite piece, with its thin body, embodies the harmony between form and function, a celebration of refined artistry. Adorned with the finesse of ‘fuki-urushi’ wipe lacquering, it bears a touch of tradition while exuding timeless elegance. This cup goes with the ‘Fuki-urushi’ sake pitcher.

Fuki-urushi results in a tactile and visually interesting surface that showcases both the glossy smoothness of the lacquer and the texture created by the layers below. This sensory experience pairs exquisitely with the peacefulness of sake testing.

Daily life calls for objects that not only perform their functions, but also infuse a sense of calm into the simple, joyful gestures we repeat. Each piece is handcrafted by Yusuke Tazawa, a skilled woodworker, driven by his ambition to uphold a legacy from an era when woodworking thrived as a vibrant industry.
