Tea Workshop

AGOBAY invites guests to take part in an ongoing series of interactive Tea Workshops led by Japanese tea master Katsuhito Imaizumi, founder of Cha to and Through The Tea – two platforms offering tea experiences that connect people with nature and the spirit of Japanese culture. Born in Aichi, Japan and now based in Paris, Katsuhito also offered tea ceremonies with OGATA Paris and Sakurai Tea Experience in Tokyo.

Each workshop, held at our AGOBAY café and store in Zurich, is designed as a space for learning, curiosity and open dialogue. Guests will explore traditional Japanese tea practices in an informal, intimate setting, with plenty of time for questions and conversation. From the handling of utensils to the nuances of flavour, the focus is on deepening understanding through hands-on experience. Sessions are held in English, in small groups of up to six participants. New dates will be announced regularly.
